1. Services Provided
Speakbee provides German language training (online/offline) and consultancy services for study, work, and Ausbildung in Germany. While we provide expert guidance and training, the final issuance of visas and job offers is at the sole discretion of the German Embassy and respective employers.
2. Payments & Refunds
Course fees must be settled as per the agreed installment plan.
Registration fees are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests for tuition are subject to our internal batch-transfer and cancellation policy as detailed in your enrollment handbook.
3. Use of Study Materials
All proprietary materials, including Speakbee guidebooks, digital modules, and audio-visual content, are protected by copyright. They are for the exclusive use of registered students and may not be shared or resold.
4. Online & Offline Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or disruptive behavior. Speakbee reserves the right to terminate access to services for students who violate our code of conduct, without a refund.
5. Updates to Terms
Speakbee PVT LTD reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following the “Last Updated” date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
